Flagship 01 · Space Saver™ Under-Stair Sauna

The bed that folds out of the wall.

Walk in through the glass door at the tall end and scoot right onto the fixed bench. Unlatch the left wall panel and the full-length slatted deck lowers slowly until it meets the bench, so the whole width becomes one flat bed. Fold it back up flat against the wall and two or three people can walk in and out comfortably.

  • Two kit sizes for 36–40 in and 42–48 in staircases, built around the standard US basement stair. A trimmable door wall handles the rest.
  • No glowing ceiling. At the far end sits a high-output red-light / near-infrared panel with infrared emitters above and below it.
  • Hidden blower. A round blower under the panel stays out of sight when the deck is folded. It recirculates filtered air or pulls in fresh outside air to manage temperature and CO2.
  • CO2-guided air exchange. A NexGen-branded CO2 display in the style of the Aranet4 shows when to add outside air for one, two or three people.
  • SlatLock™ panels. Raised wood slats in the acoustic-panel style interleave for shipping, then hang on cleats. Drill, level, done.
  • Wood tiers from scent-free hemlock to thermo-aspen, clear western red cedar and thermo-alder. Glass door at the tall end, or a side-entry layout for open basements.

Target launch pricing from $1,999 (Element · Kit S) · Infrared from $2,299 · Convection from $4,499. Final pricing is confirmed at launch.

Installation setup · open great room

When the stairs land in the middle of the room, show it off.

If your staircase comes down into the center of an open room, the under-stair sauna becomes the centerpiece. Frameless glass on both long sides lets you see straight through from behind the stair to the bench, the deck and the red-light module. It's the same Kit L interior with a side-entry layout.

Flagship 02 · The Apartment Sauna™

A sauna with the footprint of an armchair.

A one-person pod with six frosted panels, a clear door, a floating clear chair and a quiet breeze of warm, filtered air. It plugs into a normal outlet.

  • 42 in across, 78 in tall, 120 V. Flat-packs in two boxes, assembles in an afternoon and moves with you.
  • NexGen Convection Sauna™ inside: filtered air circulates up through the perforated seat and around your body. No hot ceiling, no cold feet.
  • Red light ready. The clear door and side windows are sized for the red-light panels you already own, and external clip rails hold them in place.
  • Cool-Head vent sends a gentle stream of room-temperature air to your face so you can stay in longer and breathe easy.
  • Hot or cool-down modes, frosted privacy, an LED halo and a chair you can wipe clean in ten seconds.

Target launch price $3,499. Final pricing is confirmed at launch.

The technology

NexGen Convection Sauna™

Ordinary saunas stratify: scorching at the ceiling, cool at your feet, stale by minute ten. Our system keeps the air moving, mixes in fresh outside air on demand, cleans it continuously and delivers it as a warm breeze from under the bench. Heat you can breathe.

01

Breeze-like circulation

A quiet blower turns the room into a gentle loop instead of a hot layer, so your whole body heats evenly at a lower set-point.

02

CO2-guided fresh air

Dial in 0–100% outside air, guided by the in-room CO2 display for one, two or three people. You get more oxygen, less of that heavy sauna fog and faster drying after your session.

03

Multi-stage filtration

A mold-resistant prefilter, an electrostatic stage, True HEPA and a high-surface-area activated-carbon stage for odors, placed on the cool side before the heater.

04

Dual-spectrum infrared

Far-infrared for deep warmth plus a red-light / near-infrared panel and emitters, alongside the upgraded heating element. Each one has its own control.

05

Three heating tracks

A classic electric heater (plug-in on Kit S), low-EMF infrared panels, or the full NexGen Convection Sauna™ system. You pick the heat and the budget.

06

Built to ship flat

The nested panels, insulation, door, heat module, controller and numbered hardware all arrive in one crate that fits through a 36 in door.

Patent pending. Specifications are preliminary and subject to safety-listing requirements.

FAQ

Good questions

Will it fit my stairs?

Kit S fits 36–40 in staircases and Kit L fits 42–48 in. Join the waitlist and tick the fit-check box, and I'll send you the 6-measurement guide for your stairs.

Do I need an electrician?

Kit S with the classic element and The Apartment Sauna™ are designed as 120 V plug-in models. Larger heaters and the full convection system may need a dedicated circuit. Follow local code and the final installation guide.

When does it ship, and what does it cost?

NexGen Sauna is at the concept stage, and the first production run is being planned now. The target prices shown are modeled launch targets. Final pricing and timing go to the waitlist first.

Is sauna use right for me?

Sauna use has health benefits for most people, but it isn't for everyone. Consult your physician if you're pregnant, have cardiovascular disease or take medication that affects heat tolerance.
